4.0 Filter option is not working properly

If you filter for records, you have to reload the FAQ view through clapping in and out the category again. That's confusing.

Additionally, the checkbox "All sticky FAQs" turns on if only inactive FAQs are filtered.

I removed the toggle to set all FAQs sticky or active.
