Added the ability for a Fermentrack User to upload a personal image (logo) to be displayed in the Fermentrack GUI.

(you mentioned that this could have been done without using Pillow (PIL), but I could not make it work as such. This PR was confirmed to work with your latest dev branch on an RPi0W running Buster with PIL installed in the venv)
