Control Mode Fails to Set

I have installed on a Lolin D32. When I try to set Control Mode either to chamber temperature or beer temperature. It will start to load, then it will show the web interface as gray. With a div id "headlessui-dialog-overlay-10" and the page becomes unresponsive without a refresh. However the control mode never sets.

Just to confirm - what version of the firmware is this?

v15d WiFi TFT.

I have since flashed the v16 alpha. And that seems to resolve the problem.
