ERESI should provide transformation from MIPS code to ELIR

Transformation to ELIR is currently only provided for SPARC and INTEL code. Adam is starting a new project at university about static analysis of MIPS binary code. Such project includes translating MIPS binary code to the ELIR intermediate form.
