When I scroll down the list in open panel (since, there is a list in the open panel state), instead of just scrolling the list down, the panel also closes.

@Bazni does sliding_up_panel2 have the snapping effect and is it not limited to the bottom part of the app ?

@koukibadr sometimes when toasts appear too fast and they are stacked, they won't disappear automatically. it's not fully fixed
