ADD: Estimated Confirmation Times

PoW transaction confirmation requirements

THORChain will conf-count depending on the value of the add/swap. It is ceil(txValue/blockValue) in confirmations. ie, 6 BTC will be confirmed in 1 conf, 70 BTC will take 10 confs.

UX

The UX needs:

1. Confirmation (and time) estimations prior to sending tx: Estimated confirmation time: 10 minutes (1 block)
2. When tx, you need to go to thornode.thorchain.info/thorchain/tx/{txID} and you will find it there, with a finalise_height parameter, which is the block height it will go from pending to complete you can then monitor this block height and tell the user when it should be done.

BTC: 6.5 (with 0.25 in fees) BCH: 6.25 (no fees) LTC: 12.5 ETH: 3 (2, with 1 ETH in fees) BNB: none, confirm straight away

BTC: 10min BCH: 10min LTC: 2.5min ETH: 15sec BNB: none, confirm straight away

tokens

For ETH, tokens need to be converted to ETH value then the math will be the same
