Please merge this PR to resolve printing image issue on iOS.

not working because command addOriginrastBitImage don't have height argument. if i add height agrument it still not working and throw error " *** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInvalidArgumentException', reason: '-[EscCommand addOriginrastBitImage:width:height:]: unrecognized selector sent to instance 0x2822aa8d0'"
