collection.remove is deprecated

Cause collection.remove is deprecated, can we please map "deleteOne" and "deleteMany"?

co-mongo is currently using mongodb 1.3.23 in which "remove" is not deprecated and "deleteOne' and "deleteMany" don't exist yet. I'm not sure if you want to switch to mongodb 2.0?
