@colinhemmings Can you modify this to reflect the rules in v0.14 and create a new issue with any carry-over?

@daghack and/or @colinhemmings to create new issues for rules that were not implemented (follow-on for the https://github.com/moby/buildkit/issues/4823#issuecomment-2152891007 comment)

@gabriel-samfira did we still want the requested changes made or is the PR good as is?

@crazy-max can you create a new issue with a proposal how to address this while working nicely with composable attributes?
