More server command please.

Description

Request a command which can run from terminal sending message into chat lobby instead of start a rimworld client and send it inside game. This command can look`s like chat (string content). with more backend outside this server,we can use this command to insert some functional bot and/or even beyond that.

Not a bad suggestion, I was thinking about adding this recently.

As for making a bot right now, it's already possible. The client class is big, but most of that is only for RimWorld. It should be possible to remove a lot of that stuff and make something else based on Phinix (most of what is needed is in this block, but even then a lot can still be removed).
