Ragnarok Section of General Removed but Unicorns Exist on The Island

Looking through a side-by-side comparison of ASE vs ASA, I noticed the Ragnarok section was removed. The problem is, there are unicorns on The Island, but I'm not certain if these settings affect that. In fact, then unicorn I encountered had a baby that I was able to imprint on after killing the parent. I haven't had a chance to test and see if that setting actually works in-game, though.
