Edit Preset Modifier Regex

If you make a custom modifier using regex and then try to edit it, the regex pattern field doesn't come back again...essentially making that edit button useless.

Preset modifiers don't get edited. Just create a new one. Once a modifier is no longer used by any preset, Beacon will just remove it.
