[Feature Request] Ability to enable a setting to soft-wrap code in view mode.

There is a button to select 'soft wrap' while in edit mode of a file. However, there's no way to soft wrap once the gist is created and you're viewing it. It would be nice to enable a global setting that is saved per user to determine whether the text overflow is soft wrapped or not.
