with mouse wheel scroll too slow... How to speed Up scroll?

Hi AriusLT,

as I just integrated Brandon Aarons jquery-mousewheel plugin (at the end of jquery.scroll.js), please have a look at two issues there which describe a solutions (see issues 8 and 9). Actually I don't know if this helps, but I'm planning to normalize this in jquery-scroll sooner or later.
