cdrdao hang
I have a cd where 'rip' hangs on "Scanning indexes of session 1... (2 of 2) ... 94 %"
Rip was running cdrdao read-toc --device /dev/sr0 --session 1 /tmp/tmpwstUla.readtablesession.morituri
I killed crddao and rip and ran that cdrdao line by hand and got a hang on the last track:

The --fast-toc variation worked. This is probably something morituri can't fix, but I thought I'd record it.
