README references broken links

https://thomas.apestaart.org/morituri/trac/ is a 404 https://thomas.apestaart.org/morituri/trac simply renders a python script as text

Maybe the README should reference the github issue page for bug reporting?

@x37v morituri is a dead project. I advise you to take a look at https://github.com/JoeLametta/whipper. Regarding those links above, the http version works. https one has been HS for a while, and is also a consequency of @thomasvs not taking care of morituri.
