Grab all the same colors and define them as variables

I don't work on this issue and at the moment I do not have time to work on libcss2less. So any pull requests or patches are welcome.

For me, this is not a priority - you'd have to give the variables useless names, so a user would have to search and replace them with the names they wanted. But if they are going to do that, they may as well just search and replace the values with the names they want.
