circos-like feature

I was looking at some code for the circlize package (produces circos-like graphics) and found the inputs to be very amenable for ggraph input - not sure if there's a current method for doing such a graphic in the ggraph already, or if this might fall under a potential "new feature"

I would generally put it under “out of scope” but I’ll let it remain open while I think some more about it (have thought about it at lengths already)

In any way, as there are already ways to produce such plots it will never be top priority
