Make `colour` from `with_outer_glow()` an aesthetic

I want to use multiple colour values from my dataset. But I can't.

Agree! Could it also inherit the aes from the geom inside? Maybe also from fill, as an option to colour? Would be useful with geom_col etc., when there's a stacked column/bar.
