It keeps throwing the error above.
I ran into a similar issue. Ended up finding out that it only occured when state transitions were based on data that didn't change. My guess is that the transformr tween_path isn't able to catch those instances.
My solution was to add very small changes to my state transitions (random noise between 0 to .000001) and it fixed this issue.
Can one of you try to post a minimal example as a reprex and I would gladly look into it
