Hi, first of all thank you for your outstanding contribution to pangenomic studies!

I have incurred in this problem when using panviz and panvizgenerator:

"name must uniquely match one column in object"

My guess is that it refers to all the gene annotated as "unknown protein"?

I generated my pangenome matrix csv using Roary. Is there any fix to this?

Hi there, I am having the exact same issue. Cant seem to get past this step. Also with a ROARY csv. Did you manage to work it out??
