big dataset gene or go issue

I'm experiencing a visualization issue while trying to generate a PanViz html file from a big set of data (> 10,000 genes):

  • I can only view MDS/PCA and tree plots
  • If I remove GO information from the input pangenome matrix, the problem is partially solved, while I can see the main graphic, losing all GO information anyway
