Possible lack of Wikipedia access

Hello,

Nice work implementing this handy tech tip. I noticed that we get uppercase H from Wikipedia(in line with the tip's suggestion). However, it is possible that the user might not have access to Wikipedia for whatever reason. Could we provide an alternative function that achieves the same without necessarily going through Wikipedia.

Well - this isn't too hard to solve, right? Wikipedia can be downloaded after all, and included with the package. The package can then first check whether there is an internet connection, and if not, use the local Wikipedia.

The only challenge I see is that to implement the search functionality of Wikipedia, R would have to run a webserver with PHP support. That's not super-trivial maybe, but surely proportional given the fact that without that functionality, the package can just easily break for a large proportion of users?
