Latest Version v.0.4.0 Beta 6 fails to open

so when downloading the latest version and extracting to /Applications opening the app says “MQTT Explorer.app” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Bin.

AppStore version works. v0.3.5 Previous version works manually downloading. v0.3.5
