Suddenly stopped working: 500 Server Error

The Addon worked fine, but suddenly it stopped working. It doesn’t start anymore, it just gives me following error:

500 Server Error for http+docker://localhost/v1.41/containers/addon_15d21743_samba_backup/json: Internal Server Error ("readlink /mnt/data/docker/overlay2/l/IYNS3O46I7AXEPQLO4NSEWM4LS: no such file or directory")

I’ve tried reinstalling the addon, still same error. I’m running HomeAssistant OS on a RaspberryPi, which is dedicated to HA only.
