Add `+` and `-` buttons to slider for precision adjustment

Hello @thomasloven I would like to request the addition of + and - buttons to the slider-entity-row. Either left or right of the slider.

This would allow the user to make small increment changes more easily (especially on touch screens the slider can be a bit difficult to move precisely).
