Very poor performance in recent weeks.

The card mod has been working very poorly in the past few weeks. Is there any possibility of fixing it? Am I doing something wrong? I have been using the plugin for three years, and it has always worked perfectly for me.

Hello matata86, I've had the exact same problem for a few weeks now. When opening HA, the card-mod configurations of my badges do not work, I have to save in the configuration editor for it to work.

Hi,

Same here. I would say that it begun to "bad work" with the HA 2023.4.x update. My setup : HA 2023.5.3 + cardmod 3.2.2

Maybe something changed in HA (frontend?) that make cardmod not working anymore?

Are there any people who have cardmod well working at now?

Had this or at least a very similar issue and fixed it by doing https://github.com/thomasloven/lovelace-card-mod#performance-improvements.

Because I missed it at first: If you use hacs you need to use the url for hacs and not the one from the snippet
