Plejd 0.13.1 lights show 100% but are unchanged

Hi,

All my DWN-02 works good, both light and temperature control. I have an issue with light status shows 100%, even tho there has been noe change on the lights, lights will show 100% but there are no changes on the light. After a while, they change back to actual status.
