Disconnected devices after reboot

I have an issue, where I left the home assistant turned off for a few days just to see what would happen and if it reconnected everything properly. Now the plejd integration won't connect to the lights, it's getting timeout error on the mesh network compared to the app that is connected immediately. The integration tries around 12 times and then gives up. I have tried removing it and adding it again but it still fails in the same way to connect to the devices. Any ideas? Should I try turning off Bluetooth and start the Bluetooth module device again?
