My Home Assistant configuration
Not loaded in Lovelace I have restarted the system and reflashed the web UI couple of times. Also, re-instead the whole plugin, it did not work.  
Many sources link back to this doc and it is horribly outdated now with recent updates to HA. Please update.

Can you make the slider fit better with the entities card? It kind looks out of place now.
