Home Assistant Mobile on ipad - Navigate service not functional

ISSUE: Multiple devices with browser mod browser_id's all functioning correctly. One is not. The one that is not is on an ipad running home assistant app. Same user as other ipads. Some services function, like popup on this particular ipad, however, the navigate and maybe other services do not. I can use the screen light to blackout the ipad screen. Nothing happens when calling a script with this browser_id, no errors.

Attempts to fix:

unregister browser, re-register
check names of entities
restart ipad and home assistant mobile app
restart home assistant

I resolved this issue by removing the home assistant app on the iPad, deleting the registered browser, and reinstalling and re-registering. I just read that the browser id is stored locally so it was something on the iPad.
