Migrate Browser Mod dialogs to ha-wa-dialog

Home Assistant Frontend is moving to ha-wa-dialog. This element uses the webawesome dialog wa-dialog.

This migration should take place soon in advance of ha-dialog, which uses material design comonents, being deprectaed.
