create a testcall to main.py

[ ] Generate a testcall to the networks with a simple and small Shepp-Logan phantom dataset (generated on demand): reference + disturbed phantom according to this paper
[ ] include testcase call within semaphore
[ ] set up code coverage test and dependency check: Codecov, Dependabot, ...

@thomaskuestner Should I do it now or after I integrate CNN training and result viewing module into my GUI?

first concentrate on the GUI and all required interfaces and modules around this subject. Then if time permits, we can start with this one. I just wanted to let you know the option.
