Added the option to show the app icons on the left or right side.

This allows Priority Hub to show the app icons on the left or right side of the lockscreen, in addition to the current top and bottom possibilities.

Thanks for the pull request! Does this resize the notification cells so they still fit on the screen even with the icons on the side (maybe you could post a screenshot)? I don't have a jailbroken device currently so I'm a little wary of merging a pull request without being able to test it first so I just want to be thorough.
