dim ignores configured level acter respring
after respring/reboot toggling dim from activator action or from flipswitch dims only a little. and only after I open settings app, find dim and turn it off and on from there only then I get my configured more dark dim level. and after that on/off toggling with flipswitch/activator start using this configured level too
