Extra +1 browser open in headless: false mode

For example, if concurrency == 2, it will open 3 instance of browser. 2 for the workers and 1 empty. if concurrency == 3, it will open 4 instance of browser. 3 for the workers and 1 empty.

I agree here, it is NOT ok for me as well to have 1 blank tab always opened
