Updated FAQ to Snudown formatting for the wiki

Does GitHub support the Snudown formatting for the table of contents? I presume the plan here is to move the FAQ over to a wiki on /r/iosprogramming (where it would go through the Snudown formatter), but I would like to maintain compatibility here too.
