Restructured index files to match video tutorial

Video tutorial has a starter index.html and an index_completed.html. I modified the file structure to reflect this.

Can't merge just yet because the index.html is used for the example and is linked as such.

Linked here from your YouTube tutorial and was confused on this as well. as the file structure was not the same as what's in the video.
