[Desktop][Bug] Sync new strava activities won't sync old but newly posted activities

You could argue if it's a bug, but... I often post big rides to Strava before posting all my little ones. If a newly-posted strava ride has a date/time before the last ride synced to Elevate, it will not get synced to Elevate using "Sync new strava activities"

As I have years of rides, syncing all activities requires many, many, attempts over several days. I understand the Strava throttling issues that cause that, but after going through that, then I can't keep up to date with new activities, at least not without the filesystem connector and more work.

I do understand that solving this may require retrieving a full history from Strava which may again have throttling issues. A workaround might be allowing a manually-set date range to sync. If I could sync all activities from the last 2 months, that would usually solve it.
