[Desktop][Feat] Maintenance reminder feature

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have to track parts replacement/recharging/periodic rotation/lubrication moments manually by watching the odometer and remembering last distance, where i did such maintenance.

Describe the solution you'd like Firstly, you set up tracking start time (for exampe, start of season). You can change that date and do recalc. From that moment, for all uploaded activities of selected type, sum of riding hours and distance is tracked. Then you can set up service actions - "Charge head unit battery", "Lube chain", etc. Action consists of name, period (in kilometers / miles / ride hours / maybe sth else), active/not active attribute, and the moment, when they were performed last time. You can mark action as performed at any time or set custom date (or ride, after witch that action was performed).

When you upload new activity, you can get 2 types of maintenance notification:

• maintenance will be needed soon (customizeable, i think it's about 80% of period)
• maintenance actions needed now, you hit the period.

For every action there is separate notification. Notifications have button "Done", which sets last time performed date, or can be postponed until next time.

Describe alternatives you've considered There is ProBikeGarage mobile app, but i think it's little bit overkill.
