Add link to IoT's image

It seems that the image of this repository is widely used. However, there is no support for TeXLive 2024. Especially in the area of document tagging (for accessibility!) there is much development. Thus, users should be directed to newer images.

There is an initiative for updated TeXlive images is made by the The Island of TeX community. I think, this image should be made more prominent.
