fix repo path

Warning: Breaking changes .... the repositories should not be beside mixed with the folder for custom, data, https, indexers and logs.

E.g. what happen if a user register with the name of logs

I think we should definitely give the repositories their own subfolder. I'm just not sure how best to communicate this.

maybe with a prompt that this will be changed and why. But this seems to me to be very hacky and unpleasant.

But changing it just like that is not the nice way either.

Do you have any ideas?

maybe with reading on server and move everthink into the repos folder ... i really need time for this workaround selffixing ansible tasks
