Please update Hunspell to 1.6.x

hi i'v tried doing it for my self but with no luck, if you could do this it will be great

I have had issues building 1.6.x on Windows.

Need VS2015 or VS2017:

  • Open x64_x86 Cross Tools Command Prompt for VS 2017 Console
  • cd %your path%\hunspell-1.6.2\msvc
  • 64Bit: devenv Hunspell.sln /build "Release_dll|x64" /project libhunspell
  • 32Bit: devenv Hunspell.sln /build "Release_dll|Win32" /project libhunspell
