Getting a key error with the 'x0' and 'y0' indexes

While Running the Pre processing code from this repository,i am getting key errors when the boxes are being increases by 30%. Any idea why could this be happening?

I have just modified the paths for the train,test and extra data set and the path where i am storing the .csv file.
