Help needed maintaining this repo?

Hey @thmsmlr, thank you for providing this library. I am using it and it has proven very helpful.

There are a lot of PRs and issues open, some of them are quite old. Do you need help maintaining the repo? What is the status here? I'm happy to support from time to time, I have over 20 years of experience as full-stack dev and more than 10 years of Elixir experience.
