[Core] Course passing status not reflected correctly on all tasks view

Describe the bug When view course results the users passing status is always "No" while in the categories view the expected status is shown.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a course with a custom passing threshold configured go into the "All tasks view" see users with not all task passed as failed.
2. Switch to the "categories" view, see the expected result.

Expected behavior Both views match up.
