[Playground] Two Standard Databases for new users

Describe the bug A newly created user has two pre created Databases with the same name.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new user
2. Login with the new user
3. Navigate to the Playground
4. See two pre created databases with the same name.

Expected behavior Only one pre created database exists.
