So weave is great, unless you want to use kubernetes 1.23 which can be upgraded to in opensuse kubic.

Flannel is available but has some of it's own constraints. Maybe one of the other CNIs may make sense to use, eg calico?

@kbrowder, this issue might be resolved. this ticket was resolved recently to fix this https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1197490 .

I've been using weave 2.8.1 on my kubic cluster running kubernetes v1.23.4.
