For anyone wondering, this app is great : https://f-droid.org/packages/fr.smarquis.sleeptimer/ it just adds a tile in the settings panel that, when enabled, automatically lowers then shuts down the media being played.

It seems to sometimes skip the alarm and I don't know why. But at least it loads them fine at boot.
