Add RuleEngine sample

In this pull request, I’ve implemented a rule engine that extracts prices from different websites. The rule engine intelligently identifies and retrieves price information, allowing us to compare and find the lowest price available. This enhancement will significantly improve our price extraction capabilities and enhance the overall functionality of our system.
